After emerging from quarantine, the crew of Fastrack One had to figure out what to do with the rest of their lives. Those options included a TV science show, Dave becoming the basketball coach at Havens U and in the case of Thomas, taking on the role of the Human Ambassador to Merfolk. Mostly the group settled back into their pre-spaceflight careers. This was especially true for Samantha who returned to her natural habitat of the Genetics Lab. She, Dave and Little Maria settled into a new home which came with a snaky occupant, later named Crawley. New challenges arose, such as unexpected transformations, newborns and finally, the prospect of discovering life in the clouds of Venus. The fun never stops.
