Restrictions are unjustly imposed on him, solely to deny him his freedom, which would allow him to discover and better understand this world. Restrictive measures have made it imperative for people to be confined to their countries, cities, regions and even districts. Faced with this dilemma, man becomes paralysed and perplexed, his thinking completely frozen.
