A cross-sectional survey is followed for the purpose of addressing all the facilities in the City Administration. Readiness, in this context, is addressed from different dimensions for specificity. This study demonstrated different level of electronic health readiness in the government healthcare institutions in the policy, technology, Learning (human) and societal (communication) categories.
