This study investigated the readiness of the academic lecturers of IIUM for e-learning implementation. A response rate of 98% totaling 324 respondents was realised from 300 samples, and a sample of 26 Deans, Acting Deans and Heads of Departments were surveyed for sustainability. Five factors emerged: e-learning confidence, training, adoption, readiness and consequences.
