Autor

Maureen Carroll is a Reader in Roman Archaeology at the University of Sheffield and was previously a Senior Field Archaeologist at the Romisch-Germanisches Museum in Cologne. She is the author of many books and papers on Roman death and commemoration, Roman gardens and Roman Gaul and Germany.John Peter Wild is an Honorary Research Fellow in Archaeology at the University of Manchester. He is joint director of the Manchester Ancient Textile Unit and author of numerous papers and books on Roman textiles and textile technologies.
