Known for his ability to authentically connect with his audiences with his charismatic stories and presence, he stives to make every moment count. The primary focus of Dean's professional experience has been as a facilitator and presenter. He has delivered over 10,000 session hours and has trained/coached over 1,000 presenters and facilitators throughout his career. The energy he brings in his sessions creates a unique and growth-oriented environment. His master-level certifications on multiple trainer certification courses have complimented the range of topics facilitated. Topics include leadership development, coaching, trainer certifications, change management, virtual presence, presentation skills, storytelling, new hire orientations, and transition planning. Dean has a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communications from Colorado State University. He has served on Learning Executive Advisory Boards and contributed to various publications.He has also led learning teams at various companies in a variety of industries (e.g. television provider, outsourcing, financial services).
