Since 1995, I have been helping seniors and adult children sell the family home. With my trusted team of contractors, I manage all the details involved, once they decide on a new location, by selling the home for the best price possible; or aging in place and creating a safe space to do so. I manage estate, trust, and probate property sales. Absentee owners benefit from my project management and construction experience to prepare a home for rent or sale. I counsel active adults on selecting a home for their new "right-sized" lifestyle and help them make their dream a reality. Regardless of whether they decide to move or improve, I help them through the maze of decisions they need to make by relieving their stress and getting the job done. I am a Certified Senior Advisor® (CSA), Certified Aging in Place Specialist® (CAPS), and a real estate Associate Broker.
