Roy THOMAS was editor-in-chief of Marvel Comics from 1972 to 1974, and is noted for his scripting of Conan The Barbarian, The Avengers, The X-Men and Incredible Hulk. He was voted by pros and fans the 5th-favorite comic book writer of the 20th century.
