Sheryl even considers whether or not she should follow Keisha right out the door. As she struggles to find her voice and her strength, she can't help but ask: Can I keep my career and my integrity? Where does my role as an executive end and my responsibility as a human being begin? And how much responsibility do I have for my teams' emotions? Looking for support, Sheryl turns to her husband, her boss, and her colleague in Human Resources, all of whom seem to be pushing her to just "suck it up" and move on. But Sheryl isn't satisfied with that answer. She knows there must be a better solution, and she is determined to find it, even if it means quitting.
