However, for the success of such an enterprise, the mobilization of financial, logistical, socio-economic and even educational means is necessary. Also, for the development to follow, the public authority should put in place measures to accompany this phenomenon as profitable as it is improving the economic activity without forgetting the stakes, challenges and setbacks that it involves.
