In many applications, reference measurements using dielectric permitivity data are required. Over the past one decade, the author has compiled and analyzed permitivity research data and dielectric loss times for various polar liquids and their binary mixtures. The resulting structural data as determined from Surber models is critically evaluated. This book is a result of my sincere endeavors while preparing this book excellent texts have been followed which are referred to in the bibliography.
