She went on to complete three certificates in studies: early childhood teaching 1 in 2018, early childhood teaching 2 in 2019, and a case management certificate in 2020. She worked as a case manager for low-income families and children with disabilities in 2019 before founding her business "Journey With" in 2021. She graduated with her master's degree in 2021 in administration of human services. Johnna coaches, empowers, and strengthens goals for at-risk youth, victims of domestic violence, business planners, and more. She is an author who focuses on self-development. Having gone through struggles firsthand, coupled with her social service experience, she is phenomenal at using her story to encourage others.
