The diagnostic study presented here is a master's project in humanitarian logistics. It analyzes the logistical factors explaining the remaining stock of LLINs distributed to the populations of Abobo west during the 2021 campaign. Mixed in nature, it is based on primary data collected using three tools: observation, interview guide and questionnaire. Specifically, it identifies the logistical factors explaining the remaining stock of the distribution campaign, shows the correlation between the academic profile of the actors and their performance recorded during the activity. Also, the problems that occurred during the activity were identified. The results of the study reveal poor distribution of teams on sites and poor planning of transport vehicles. They also highlight the absence of consignment stock. This study proposes compliance with standards in the distribution of distribution teams, the establishment of consignment stock, better management of information flows and the acquisition of adequate work materials.
