Indian MST Radar is operating at 53MHZ (VHF) frequency and Low Atmospheric Wind profiling radar is operating at 1.28GHZ (UHF) frequency to study the characteristics of high quality wind estimates in the presence of clutter. The main aim of this book is to develop Transmit-Receive module working at 430MHZ frequency. Commercially available packaged RF MOSFET Amplifier module RA45H4047M is used in this project. The RA45H4047M is a 45 Watt RF MOSFET Amplifier module for 12.5 volt that operates in 400-470 MHZ range. We present a detailed description of the development of the TR Module.
