Although social enterprises were defined in the tenth of Article of the Enterprise Law in 2014, they have exist under the legal form as cooperatives, cooperative groups or center ... and the Social enterprises have been attracting the attention of researchers and civil society organizations in foreign and domestic country. To date, there have been initial research on social enterprises in Vietnam but there have nostudies on the agricultural social enterprises in the Mekong Delta
