Firstly, responses from a questionnaire survey from 70 entrepreneurs and managers in industry were analysed in order to get a realistic view point. Secondly, Chapter 6 highlights important and traditional management theories that are used as the foundation of the final developed delegation concept. The author concluded that anyone can master theory but not everyone can practice theory.
