Developing a Useucom Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Strategy for Fiscal Years 2010 Thru 2015

This paper proposes a possible ISR strategy for USEUCOM for the time-frame of FY10-15, by utilizing existing and planned NATO and allied ISR capabilities. It also proposes enhanced inforamtion sharing. Both efforts are designed to help mitigate USEUCOM ISR collection gaps
