Mentha piperita and Citrus sinensis are the family of Lamiaceae and Rutaceae. Both are aromatical plants. The leaf of Mentha piperita and peel of Citrus sinensis were used for the study. Phytochemical screening, Antimicrobial, Antioxidant, HPTLC were carried out as in vitro study. Docking of the ligands with receptor with high bonding effect was found in in silico study.
