The aim is to standardize and implement the molecular markers belonging to the CODIS system. Analysis of allele frequencies and comparison with other populations, for implementation of the Paternity Test at the Federal University of Rondônia (UNIR). Primer sequences form Multiplex subsets as described in the literature.
