The linear ranges were found to be (r2 = 0.9983) for Loratadine for (r2 = 0.9702) methyl paraben and (r2 = 0.9985) for propyl paraben. The percentage relative standard deviation for accuracy and precision were not more than 2.0%. Hence, Precision was performed on three homogenous samples in a duration of 72 hours. Ruggedness was performed on Homogenous sample by three different researchers in the same day by using same mobile phase. UV-detection (SPD-10A) 254nm. This method could be successfully applied for routine analysis of Loratadine, Methyl paraben and propyl paraben in different dosage forms. The method used was linear, reproducible, precise and rugged.
