Development of rice processing facilities: especial attention should be given to improve quality of rice by introducing proper rice post harvest machines (especially of polishing machine) in addition to introduction of commercial varieties of rice. Development of community-based rice seed production system: through "community-based-seed production and dissemination approach" and facilitate farmer to farmer seed exchange mechanism which helps availability of quality rice seed at grass-root level. Strengthening the existing FRG.
