The study found that the availability of resources, competency of staff, adoption of information, communication and technology and stakeholder participation influenced effective implementation of monitoring and evaluation of projects. The study concludes that resources, staff competency, adoption of Information Communication & Technology and stakeholders' participation influence effective implementation of monitoring and evaluation of projects. The study recommends need for resources, stakeholders' involvement, ICT integration and enhanced staff capacities in M&E implementation.
