Basic concepts related to the study design comprised of data-knowledge-information, knowledge management, knowledge management systems, and the view of knowledge management in Literature Review which section also discussed software development approach, web design and applications, and full-text search. The product of this project is a Web application named "RPKMS" that has, as assessed by users, initially met basis requirements of research project management at the university setting.
