This project aims to design an operational control guide, as a result of the analysis of the identification of hazards and assessment of occupational risks in the quarry Agregados y Transportes La Roca S.A. in Mosquera, Cundinamarca. With the aim of preventing accidents and occupational illnesses on the production line. This is in response to the lack of information and documents in the mining and quarrying sector in Colombia. The methodology used was the evaluation of the matrix of legal requirements, with the regulatory parameters governing the mining and quarrying sector, filtered with a focus on occupational health and safety; from there, we proceed to perform the evaluation, assessment and analysis of the matrix, followed by the description of hazards and risk assessment, with the methodological tool proposed by the guide for identification of hazards and risk assessment of the GTC-45 of 2012. Finally, the different controls are determined based on the hierarchy given by ISO45001 of 2018 to reduce the risks and hazards to which the quarry employees are exposed.
