In the vacuum pump design, the author proposed a new method to improve the pump efficiency. In the cycloidal speed reducer design, two types of design on the mathematical model with tooth differences are proposed. The two proposed mathematical models could be applied to the gerotor pump as well. Besides, some other design methods are also presented to improve the gerotor pump. The designs could be exercised not only on the gerotor pump but also the compressor.
