Mate Landry GILGEN, born in Kinshasa in DR Congo. He studied first at the University of Kinshasa where he obtained his bachelor degree in computer engineering then he will continue his studies at the UPN where he will obtain his diploma of advanced studies in computer science, computer engineering orientation. Today he is a doctoral student at the UPN.
