There is demand for innovation in green technologies which can help nations to control their carbon footprints as promised in the Paris Climate Accord. This energy can be produced with turbines having low cut in speeds designed for the city. The methodology adopted incorporates Velocity Amplification Shroud (VAS) for the turbine blades at the same-time uses Multi-Stage, Multi-rotor array of turbine blade. This methodology utilizes Literature Review, Designing and Analysis, Manufacturing, Experimentation and Validation to solve the problem at hand.
