Depression Obsession is a powerful and emotional collection of poems which tells my story of trauma and mental health betrayal. The first two poems describe what it was like for me when I was dying of bladder cancer, unknown to me at the time, and no one would treat me for it. This book is also accompanied by a description of what Crohn's disease truly is. The two books in the series that follow my book of poems, Depression Obsession, are autobiographies: Running From the Demons and Psycho Bitches from Hell.

Autor

I am a professional counsellor who has volunteered for the Transition House crisis line and the Victoria Youth Custody Centre in the art room. Because of my condition of post-traumatic stress disorder and depression, I could not continue in this profession.
