Jeremy Bramwell AACI, P.App. (formerly CRP) is President of Strata Reserve Planning, one of BC's oldest and largest Depreciation Report firms. His firm has been completing Depreciation Reports throughout the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island since 2011. Jeremy has written and been the subject of several articles regarding Depreciation Reports over the past decade for CHOA, PAMA, VISOA and the Real Estate Institute of BC Magazine. He has contributed material to the University of British Columbia course for Depreciation Report providers, as well as being a Subject Matter Expert to the BC Housing Policy Branch in 2021/2022 for changes to the Strata Property Act Depreciation Report regulations. He is one of the most respected experts on Depreciation Reports in BC.
