David Mattson is a partner at Biopharma Consulting and previously at CSC Consulting. He has led Enterprise Systems (ES) projects for Johnson & Johnson, Federal Express, Clemson University, NYU Langone, the Department of Homeland Security, and several startup firms. In addition, he has directed multiple projects to replace an organization's ERP system with a new ES.
