The study was undertaken on 'Development of Deep Flow Hydroponics' structure for cultivating Spinach crop in soilless culture. The media used for growing crop was sponge. Highest germination was achieved i.e. 100% in our hydroponic system which was 26% more than germination percentage quoted by the manufacturing company of seed. Yield of Spinach in deep flow hydroponic system was nearly twice than the yield obtained from open field conditions.
