To survive on his own, he must learn to communicate with an alien species while he figures out a way to locate and rejoin the crew -- and face the possibility that they may have given him up for dead and left the planet. Then Sean enters a place that no light source can illuminate. This utter darkness will test the limits of Sean's strength and courage.
