The purpose of the Organon is to develop the skills and abilities required to be culturally competent. The outcomes of the program will allow participants to apply specific methods and strategies related to cultural competency within the context of their work either as: 1) a community member working with law enforcement and other organizations with authority or, 2) an educator serving students in diverse communities with the perspective of protecting and advocating for students of color. The book focuses on recommendations that will help improving the education statistics overall. Focus on early childhood schooling. Increasing access to early childhood education is another way countries can help prepare students for academic progress later on. For example, OECD research finds that in most countries, 15-year-olds who have attended pre-primary education tend to perform better on the OECD's PISA assessment than those who have not, even after accounting for students' socio-economic backgrounds. Additionally, providing a statistical system for findings and suggestions based on the prevailing issues faced and ways to improve the primary motive,i.e. public safety and rights of all along with the mentioned areas.

Shuayb Greenaway (born 4 February 1978) is an African American business leader and the founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of Region Authority Corporation, a provider of telecom networking and information technology (IT) services and training that is headquartered in Philadelphia PA. Under Greenaway's stewardship, Region Authority Corporation, a member of the African American Chamber of Commerce, has emerged as a frontline 5G telco that acquired a reputation for community engagement during the Covid-19 pandemic of 2020. The devastating 2020 Covid-19 pandemic and its disproportionate impact on poor and marginalized communities in the US, including African Americans, prompted Greenaway to donate over 20,000 personal protective equipment (PPE) kits through Region Authority Corporation. These were distributed to front line healthcare workers and local social-service organizations such as the Salvation Army, the Good News Community Kitchen, the Kappa Foundation, the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, the Isabella Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, the King of Kings Foundation, the Prince William County Community Foundation, the Harlem Children's Zone, the Children's Hospital, Philadelphia, and the Shriners Hospitals for Children. In an interview to Mobile World Live, a leading B2B news website (Alexa ranking 15,7304 on 16 November 2020) of the global mobile industry, Greenaway said, "The people at these organisations are the front line of defense and a light of hope. It is my pleasure to be able to contribute to the community through your organisations." About the fight against Covid-19, he said: "We must act in solidarity. We must be guided by science and grounded in reality. We have seen when leadership goes in opposite directions. The virus is multi-directional." Greenaway is a director at Jegna Global Alliance, which works with citizens, organizations and governments.
