A matrix has also been used to further evaluate the maturity of the ICT infrastructure provided. Questionnaires have also been distributed to the librarians, lecturers and Centre of Integrated Information System personnel for the quantitative approach. The findings from the research conducted have shown that according to the Vice Chancellor, UiTM has achieved 70% to 80% of the targeted objectives in becoming a WCU. Thjis found to be parallel with the findings gathered from the questionnaires where most respondents stated that UiTM has fulfilled 60% to 70% of its WCU objectives.
