Mr. Tuskey was born in Wheeling, West Virginia to hard-working parents who instilled in him the sound values of that generation. He received a comprehensive spiritual education and taught a public speaking class for some twenty-five years.He developed a love of reading in the ninth grade when his English teacher had the class read Dicken's "Great Expectations" and discuss it. His love of literature and vivid imagination moved him to think about writing a story of his own. After several attempts it culminated in a dream he had no intention of writing about-until he told his wife the dream. She convinced him to write it. They have been happily married for over forty-five years and live in Rincon, GA, near Savannah.
