However, little information on the role of CDF on social development (rise in education and health levels) is available in most constituencies in the country. This book therefore provides the role of CDF on social development and the challenges facing the fund in North Mugirango/ Borabu Constituency. The analysis help to shed light on the achievement of the funds and how to enhance utilization of the funds to positively transform livelihoods of rural dwellers.
