When the parents of 21-year-old Angelo Russo are tragically killed in a car accident, he is left in the care of his older sister, Carina Russo, who seduces him. After she has a fight with Angelo, she disappears into the night, never to be seen alive again. Once Angelo gets hired to be a conductor for Morton City Railway, he discovers that his beloved sister has become a murder victim of the city's psycho serial killer, the "Railway Butcher." Angelo is incessantly haunted by his sister's ghost as more of his colleagues and friends become victims of the "butcher."
