The information system requires a sustainable process in the long term, suitable infrastructure requires to be made and enable the maintenance of the information system at all scope. The main objective of the research is to consider effective ways that facilitate the administration part with the use of information systems in the context of rare resources typically found in Afghanistan. First, an important objective is to find ways to avoid the gap actuality and failure of information system in Afghanistan toward IS sustainable development in information system projects in developing countries.
