Prof (Dr.) Debajyoti Misra is the Head of the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department at Siliguri Institute of Technology Siliguri, India.  For the last fifteen years, professor Misra has been actively engaged in teaching and research, working with renowned academics and researchers from a number of Indian universities. He did his B. Tech from Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College and M. Tech from West Bengal University of Technology (Now MAKAUT) and completed his Ph.D. from Assam  University Silchar, Assam, India. His research interests include infrastructural development using Internet of Things (IoT), Digital signal processing and Communication Engineering. He published many research articles in various international journals and conferences from publication houses including Springer, IEEE, IGI Global etc. He has served as a national advisory member for several conferences, offering guidance and expertise. Moreover, he took on key organizational roles, acting as the convenor and general chair for ICTDsC  2023 and also Editor of the book Data Science Communication (Proceedings of ICTDsC 2023) published by Springer. He has provided guidance to Ph.D. students and is an esteemed member of the IEEE Internet of Things Community. Prof. (Dr.) Mithun Chakraborty has contributed in teaching and research activity for the last eighteen years with many learned researchers and academicians in several Indian Universities. His current research focus is joint intelligent sensing communication and computing, joint radar communication based smart vehicle. He has national and international publications in the field of cognitive radio, spectrum sensing, intelligent radar radio, mmW sensing and communication, intelligent receiver and also contributed in editing conference proceedings, edited volumes. Dr. Chakraborty is currently associated with Siliguri Institute of Technology, Siliguri, India as Principal. He has earned his doctorate degree in design of smart vehicle for Intelligent transportation system from National Institute of Technology Durgapur India, M. Tech from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, India and Bachelor of Engineering from North Bengal University, India and also played the role of national advisory member in few International Conferences. He acted as general co-chair and convenor of EWCIS 2020 and Patron of ICTDsC 2023 international conference proceedings published by Springer. He also serves as a reviewer of a few journals including Circuits, Systems and Signal Processing, Springer. Prof. (Dr.) Debashis De is a professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal, India. He received M. Tech from the University of Calcutta in 2002 and a Ph.D. from Jadavpur University in 2005. He is a Senior Member-IEEE, Fellow IETE, and Life member CSI. He was awarded the prestigious Boyscast Fellowship by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, to work at the Heriot-Watt University, Scotland, UK. He received the Endeavor Fellowship Award from 2008–2009 by DEST Australia to work at the University of Western Australia. He received the Young Scientist award in 2005 at New Delhi and in 2011 in Istanbul, Turkey, from the International Union of Radio Science, Belgium. In 2016, he received the JC Bose research award from IETE, New Delhi. In 2019 and Shiksha-Ratna Award from the Govt. of West Bengal. He established the Center of Mobile Cloud Computing (CMCC) for IoT applications. He published in 385 journals and 200 conference papers, fifteen books, and filed 10 patents and 4 granted projects sponsored by AICTE, UGC, WBDST, DST, World Bank, AWS, and MeitY. His h index is 43, and the citation is 8600. He supervised 24 Ph.D. students. His research interest is Mobile Cloud Computing, AI, IoT, and Quantum Computing. Prof. (Dr.)  Raj Kumar Buyya is a Redmond Barry Distinguished Professor and Director of Cloud Computing and Distributed Systems (CLOUDS) Laboratory at the University of Melbourne, Australia. He is also serving as the founding CEO of Manjrasoft, a spin-off company of the University, commercializing its innovations in Cloud Computing. He has authored over 900 publications and four text books including "Mastering Cloud Computing" published by McGraw Hill, China Machine Press, and Elsevier/Morgan Kaufmann for Indian, Chinese and international markets respectively.  He is one of the highly cited authors in computer science and software engineering worldwide. Software technologies for Internet and Cloud computing developed by his team have gained rapid acceptance and are in use at several academic institutions and commercial enterprises in 50+ countries around the world. He has led the establishment and development of key community activities, including serving as foundation Chair of the IEEE Technical Committee on Scalable Computing and IEEE/ACM conferences.
