It forces us to put into action our capacity to adapt to the environment. Uncertainty causes a certain fear until we adapt again to the new situation. In leadership we talk about creativity, risk and tolerance to frustration, so the leader must be prepared to face challenges and not to avoid them, must look at the problem head on and look for solutions, and putting into action our capacities and not our fears, with the help of our emotional and cognitive intelligence skills of course.The human being must make decisions by putting emotions and thoughts on the surface, even if them appear in the opposite way.
