Damien the Cow tries to talk to his friend about hurting his feelings, but he is stuck behind a big fence! His neighbors are happy to give him advice, however what works for them does not work for Damien. As the story builds, a yoga flow builds, but Damien becomes discouraged and starts to give up. With the help of his neighbors, he practices mindful breathing exercises. Then, with a less foggy mind, he discovers an open door and realizes that sometimes others just need some space.

Autor

MARY MONTAGUE is a dual citizen of Australia and the United States. She earned her Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees in Special Education K-12 and additional teaching certifications in yoga, pilates, and children's yoga. It is Mary's passion to teach children healthy habits from a young age. She has taught within the Beverly Hills Unified School District and neighboring Los Angeles schools for over a decade.
