During his search he would frequently cross paths with Daisy. Just the mere sight of Michael would infuriate Daisy. So he would do his best to avoid her. However, this one fateful day he caused a calamity, in the kitchen, by reaching for a piece of cheese and falling into an open grape jelly jar. The mess he made was beyond belief and when Daisy rushed into the kitchen and became involved in the chaos a confrontation between the two ensued. There was an eventual solution to their mutual problem resulting in an unusual, but happy ending. Especially illustrated for reading out loud or for a beginner to read alone.
