Tommy Gayfield Jr.As a native of Saint Louis, Missouri, I am blessed with a beautiful family, my wife of 10 years, and our threeexceptional children. I first earned my bachelor's degree in health and wellness from McKendree University,followed by a master's degree in kinesiology from the University of Michigan. Currently, I am pursuing mydoctorate in psychology at Liberty University, with a focus on understanding how cognitive resilience andflexibility shapes human potential.Throughout my career, I've worked with diverse populations-ranging from the general public to eliteathletes-and discovered that true self-growth starts with what happens in the mind. It is for this reason thatI endeavor to learn and develop resources that foster both physical and cognitive resilience for all walks oflife. Through Eyes Forward Guidance LLC, we seek to inspire ideas and provide educational tools fordeveloping caring and connected individuals who will think forward into the future to become their greatestselves.
