Thus, more effective techniques that predictably promote the body's natural ability to regenerate its lost periodontal tissues, particularly alveolar bone still need to be developed. Bone grafting is the recent and most common form of regenerative therapy today and is usually essential for restoring all types of periodontal supporting tissue.
