Eugene Roberts is a native of Phoenix, Arizona. He spent much of his youth hiking and camping in the Bradshaw Mountains south of Prescott, Crown King, and fabled Horse Thief Basin-the backdrop of much of his Ringmaster Chronicles series. He also resided in many of the other locales mentioned in the series. Roberts had a varied professional career, including transportation, where he created auto and truck repair businesses, music and sales management. Roberts now lives in central Arizona and is retired, as he pursues his passion in writing. Crystal Cavern is the second submission in his Ringmaster Chronicles series after the highly rated and acclaimed Wizard's Cavern.
