It is presumed that besides developing their own agriculture, the 'Awardee farmers' take active part in development of village in general and development of the agriculture in particular. For this also, a planned probe was necessary. The best practices followed by successful farmers give the way to other farmers for their successful farming. It is hoped that the study could come out with the solution and strategies to be followed in the current agricultural scenario which is facing more problem in package of practices. The book would help in understanding different dimensions of awardee farmers and also factors affecting these dimensions.
