Mudryy (Ucrania), profesor asistente en la Universidad Estatal de Justicia de Rusia (Ministerio de Justicia de Rusia).Tatyana Markova, 13.11.1978, se graduó en la Escuela Superior de Derecho Kutafin (Moscú), donde también defendió su doctorado. Tesis de doctorado allí. Abogado en ejercicio.
