The excitement and celebration of Christmas morning are shattered when numerous explosions occur around the state of Colorado. With the evidence pointing towards multiple bombs and as the death toll rises, Colorado Bureau of Investigation agent Buck Taylor and his team are dispatched to several crime scenes. Making their jobs harder is an overzealous FBI agent with a personal agenda, who has taken over the investigations and will stop at nothing to prove he is right, and the evidence is wrong.
