This would support the successful delivery of such Housing Project. Furthermore, a case study consideration was given, where material cost estimation was conducted for Housing Estate development project, comprising of ten standard identical blocks of 4-bedroom duplexes. The cost estimation was carried out for all the phases of the Housing development life cycle except for the interior decoration and land acquisition costing. Though this research was conducted considering the present Economic condition of the environment under consideration but can subsequently serve as a guide to Housing Development Agencies to cost estimate subsequent Housing Development Projects.
