The development of bioapplications of phenol extracts and hydrogels by loading the phenol extracts on hydrogels is interesting and requires more understanding. In this study, the preparation of eight phenol extracts for leaves and stems mixture (L+S) parts and leaves (L) part of Iraqi Coriandrum Sativum L. and their phytochemical analysis and total phenols, total tannins and total flavonoids are described. Three copolymeric hydrogels loaded with phenolic extract 4 of Coriandrum Sativum L. (U1-U3) via redox polymerization were prepared and studied as a drug delivery system. The antioxidantand antibacterial activities of the phenolic extracts and phenolic extract loaded with hydrogels were examined.
